This Supercat™ 20 catalytic carbon module represents the best in complete whole house water treatment carbon filtration. There isn't a more comprehensive way to treat every water outlet in the house for de-chlorination, taste, odor, and chemical contaminants. This single treatment module utilizes 2 cubic feet of SuperCat™ Carbon. It is designed for 3 - 6 person(s) homes with 1" water lines.
Supercat 20 Catalytic Carbon Module will remove, or significantly reduce, over 50 carcinogenic chemicals listed by the EPA (see below). It is capable of filtering hundreds of gallons per day. It will treat the water for every sink, faucet, shower, and bath tub throughout your home. Comes standard with 3/4" union fittings.
This module is a great choice as an add on to any conventional water softener. It can also be used with the UV10 sterilization module, connected directly after it, to provide bacterial/virus sterilization.
This system also features the Cyclonic Distributor System™ providing higher flow rates, less pressure loss and improved treatment capacity.
Standard (non-Cyclonic) Filter Service Leaves 'dead zones' of unused media in the bed and promotes channeling.
