This whole house bacteria/virus treatment module is the first affordable water treatment system to treat all of the home's drinking, cooking, and bath water. Spectrum 10 Biolyte™ disinfects the entire home's water supply from harmful pathogenic bacteria such as E. Coli, baccilary dysentary, typhoid, cholera, and others. Comes standard with 1" union fittings.

Constant improvements in water treatment technology have allowed this system to be manufactured on a scale that, for the first time, is both affordable and easy to maintain. This system is capable of not just treating 10 or 20 gallons of water per day, but is capable of  filtering hundreds of gallons per day. It will treat all the water for every sink, faucet, shower, and bath tub throughout the home.

How the System Works:

The water enters the treatment module and flows through a #304 stainless steel disinfecting chamber which bombards bacteria, viruses, and harmful microorganisms with high levels of ultraviolet light and renders them harmless. This process of purification works without chemicals and leaves no residuals in the water. Ultraviolet irradiation is now accepted by both the EPA and the FDA as a safe, effective method of sterilization.
